For Mothers day Sammie gave me a Hero Arts background stamp called Dandelion Frame. It is very cute and lends itself perfectly as a shadowed foreground. There is a lot of possibilities for what to put in the middle of it.
For this card I decided on these flowers from the retired Echos of Kindness set by Stampin Up.
It has made a nice little note card, but it could also be used as a birthday card. The background was done with distress inks and I coloured the flowers with copic markers. I also added a few dots of stickles to the dandelions just to give it a bit of a lift.
